A small apartment in the very heart of the historical part of Moscow is inspired by the style of French Modernism. A combination of classic space basics and modern architectural elements with collectible furniture. The fully restored plaster stucco of the Stalin period is complemented by a light cornice that creates diffused interior lighting in the evening.
is out-of-time interior — laconic and reserved. No bright, flashy colors, no would-be trendy items. This space easy integrate both works of art with the history and works of contemporary artists. In this interior, you can feel a unique soul of peace and dignity.
The solid marble table is surrounded by collectible teak chairs with cane rod seats designed by the great French architect Pierre Genneret in the mid 20th century. Today, his furniture appears in the interiors of iconic designers, who skillfully combine them with the interior items of the other authors. This is a unique work with a material that radiates natural warmth.
The entire working area of the kitchen is covered by the unique graphic marble with a white-gray background and wine-black veins that intertwine in intricate rings and streaks. Metal facades of the furniture in titanium color complement the brutality of the active stone.
This is an out-of-time interior, that does not try to jump on every fashion trend and becomes more and more noble and beautiful over the time.
Small, but very cozy spaces of the rooms are filled with furniture of simple shapes. The main emphasis is on a noble combination of the natural materials. Dark, rich facades of deep-brushed pine are integrated into the weightless space of white walls.
Interiors of this apartment have a recognizable style. There are design elements that are iconic for the architects – magnificent marble, luxurious wooden floors, modern furniture, and traditional white walls.
In the design of the office space, this material is also used for the light cornice that, in combination with the rich graphite hue of the walls, makes the space deeper, so you can dive into the creative process and your own thoughts. Light curtains made of natural linen and cotton fabrics in large textures of mesh and burlap add a rustic mood to the clean, light room interiors.
